REPL busbar insulating tape RBIT is used to insulate copper and aluminium busbars upto 24 Kv. The dual layer tape combines an outer insulation with an inner hot melt adhesive providing electrical insulation protection over complex geometric shaped busbar sections where tube products cannot be easily applied. The REPL busbar tape is extremely flexible and easy to install with the adhesive layer providing a comprehensive seal.

REPL heat shrinkable low voltage insulating tubes (RIMT) provide an environmental protection to the cable cores of plastic and paper insulated cable termination and insulation over the connector area in straight through cable joints rated upto 1Kv. The insulating tubes are made from thermally stabilized, cross linked, weather resistant polymeric material.

The tubes can be supplied internally coated with hot melt adhesive

REPL self locking protection sleeve is designed to provide reliable protection for different cables including power cables, meshwork in tunnels and telecommunication cables. REPL heat shrinkable dual wall tubes (RDWT) are a dual layer co-extruded tube with a red inner insulating layer and an outer black semi-conductive layer which is used in medium voltage plastic and paper insulated cable joints rated upto 36Kv. The single tube provides both an insulating thickness and an insulation screen on the built-up insulation in the joint.
These tubes are made from thermally stabilized, cross linked, polymeric material and have a nominal shrink ratio of 3:1 and an unlimited shelf life when stored at normal warehouse temperatures.
