In Line & Right Angle HS Boots
Heat Shrink In-line and Right Angle Boots are used to insulate the bushings in cable termination boxes upto 36Kv specially where the clearance between phase to phase and phase to earth is less than the normal air clearance. These boots provide protection against flash-over in the event of high humidity, rodent menace and surge Impulse.The boots are made from thermally stabilized cross linked,insulating and weather resistant polymeric material.
Reusable Boots
REPL Bushing insulating Elastomeric Boots are used to insulate the bushing in switchgear and transformer cable termination boxes upto 17.5Kv, specially where the clearances between phase to phase and phase to earth is less than the normal air clearance.These boots provide protection against flash-over in the event of high humidity and surge impulse. The boots are made from highly insulating flexible and weather resistant elastomeric material.
Right angle cold Boots
REPL right angle cold boots, RUSC are used to insulate the bushings in cable termination boxes upto 17.5 Kv, specially when the clearance between phase to phase and phase to earth is less than the normal air clearance. These boots provide protection against flashovers in the event of high humidity , rodent menace and surge impulse. The boots are made from thermally stabilized, cross linked, insulating and weather resistant polymeric material.
Creepage Extension and Strain Relief Sheds
Heat shrinkable Creepage Extension Sheds(CES) are used to increase the surface creepage distance of the protected cores of cable terminations without increasing the tail length.
Heat shrinkable Strain Relief Sheds(SRS) are used to restrict the cable cores from over bending, thus protecting them from damage in the terminations near the crutch area.(Especially in PILC cable Outdoor terminations).
The Creepage Extension Sheds and Strain Relief Sheds are made from thermally stabilized cross linked,non tracking and weather resistant polymeric material.
Three-Way Anti Tracking Breakout
Heat Shrinkable Three-way Anti Tracking Cable breakouts provide an environmental seal to the crutch of 3 core Plastic and Paper insulated cables rated upto 36Kv. The breakouts are made from thermally stabilized cross linked non tracking and weatherpolymeric material. The breakouts are internally coated with mastic / hot melt adhesive.
Four-Way Non Tracking Cable Breakout
Heat Shrinkable Four-way Non Tracking Cable breakouts provide an environmental seal to the crutch of 4 core plastic and paper insulated cables rated upto 36Kv. The breakouts are made from thermally stabilized cross linked non tracking and weather polymeric material. The breakouts are internally coated with water resistant mastic.
Three-Way Semi-Conductive Breakout
Heat Shrinkable Three-way Semi-Conductive cable breakouts provide an environmental seal to the crutch of 3 core plastic and paper insulated cables rated upto 36Kv. The breakouts are made from thermally stabilized cross linked semi-conductive polymeric material. The breakouts are internally coated with water resistant mastic. These breakouts are specially used for 11Kv PILC belted cable to seal the crutch area as well as to provide individual screen to each core.
